Q(ZY/XY)T-2/200 magnet wire has been specifically designed for use in motors that may be subjected to higher voltage spikes present in inverter duty applications. The combination of the modified polyester basecoat and polyamideimide topcoat provides an insulation system with outstanding toughness and dielectric properties.Q(ZY/XY)T-2/200 magnet wire has improved voltage endurance and thermal properties compared to standard NEMA MW35-C magnet wire,while retaining superiou chemical resistance to common solvents and refrigerants .YSBP magnet wire conforms to all of the requirements of NEMA 35-C.

Voltage endurance is the area where Q(ZY/XY)T-2/200magnet wire really excel.Testing with sinusoidal and with inverter waveshapes shows that Q(ZY/XY)T-2/200 magnet wire lasts many times longer than standard NEMA MW35-C insulation. While no standards for this type of testing have been universally accepted,the testing shows dramatic improvement in insulating life,especially under severe duty applications at higher temperatures.
